  • Typical Format: 50-minute session weekly for 8–14 weeks

Ideal for: Body image, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, life changes such as pregnancy, postpartum, parenting support, career, health, caretaker identity, perimenopause

Why It Works: Comfortable pace allows couples or individuals time to process, integrate, and see measurable change. Options include evidence-based therapies, “gold-standard” PTSD treatments, EMDR, Gottman Method, EFT, or ACT

  • Typical Accelerated* Format: 50-minute CPT session 4-5 times per week for 2-3 weeks; allows the entire treatment to be completed in a few weeks, rather than spacing it over several months
